Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SeamlessRepeat (the “Service”), operated by Scientia AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
SeamlessRepeat generates seamless repeating patterns from designs you provide. Output quality, resolution and monthly image quotas depend on your selected plan.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the designs you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any design you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your designs solely to deliver the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate content that infringes the intellectual-property rights of others or that is unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Plans, billing & GST
Paid plans renew each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, until cancelled. On metered plans (Studio), unused plan images roll over into the next cycle, capped at twice your plan allotment; Unlimited has no monthly image quota to roll over. INR prices are inclusive of GST. Top-up packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. All payments are final: no refunds and no pro-rata credits on monthly plans, annual plans and one-time packs alike. If you cancel a subscription, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Fair use and sessions
Unlimited plans include a fair-use limit of 25 generations per day, resetting at midnight IST. One-time top-up packs can be used beyond the daily limit. Accounts allow one active session at a time: signing in on a new device signs out the previous one. INR prices are inclusive of GST.
7. Output & warranties
We work to produce seamless, print-ready output, but you are responsible for verifying any file before committing it to a production print run. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scientia AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses from print runs.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
