Seamless laminate & surface designs at scale
Wood, stone and abstract decors that repeat cleanly across sheets, edge-banding and furniture skins.
The repeat problem we solve
- Decor designs must tile across multiple sheet sizes without a visible break.
- Edge-banding needs the pattern to continue around the board edge.
- A season's catalogue needs dozens of fresh decors, not one.
One decor, every sheet size
A laminate decor is printed on standard sheets, 8 x 4 feet being the workhorse, then pressed onto boards that get cut into panels of every size. The design has no idea where the saw will fall, so the only safe decor is a true seamless repeat: wherever the panel is cut, the pattern continues naturally on the next piece.
Wood grains and stone decors are the classic hard cases, because the eye expects continuous figure and catches any duplicated knot or vein. Half-drop and brick modes stagger the repeat so duplicated features never line up on the sheet.
Edge-banding and matching components
Furniture reads as quality when the decor continues from the face across the edge-band. That requires the same seamless file to work at very different scales: full sheet and 22 mm band. Because the output is a clean repeat at production resolution, the same PNG drives both, and matching accessories can be cut from the same decor.
Built for catalogue volume
Sunmica-style catalogues live on variety: a base decor in several scales, colourways and repeat modes. Each variation here is a fresh generation from the same motif, seconds instead of a designer-day, so a full collection can be explored before committing cylinders or digital print runs. The Studio plan carries a monthly quota sized for production teams; Unlimited swaps the monthly quota for a daily fair-use allowance.

FAQ
Is this suited to Indian laminate manufacturing?
Yes. It is built for sheet and edge-band decors common in the laminate industry, including standard 8 x 4 sheets.
Can I batch many decors?
The Studio plan includes a monthly image quota sized for production volume, and Unlimited adds a daily fair-use allowance instead of a monthly cap.
Will a wood grain repeat without visible duplication?
Use half-drop or brick mode so grain features never align, and keep creativity low to stay faithful to the scanned grain.
Does the same file work for edge-banding?
Yes. The output is a clean seamless repeat, so the same PNG can be scaled for the face sheet and the band.
What input files are accepted?
PNG and JPEG artwork, scans and photos in RGB colour. Print-workflow CMYK exports are not accepted and should be converted to RGB before upload.
