Repeatable flooring patterns, print-ready
Wood-plank, stone and decorative flooring designs that repeat seamlessly across planks and rolls.
The repeat problem we solve
- Plank-to-plank repeats reveal seams underfoot.
- Printed flooring needs high-resolution, registration-safe repeats.
- A duplicated knot or vein is obvious when the same plank appears twice in one room.
- Reprints on hard-wearing layers are costly, so files must be right the first time.
Why floors expose repeats faster than walls
A floor is viewed from directly above, in raking light, across an unbroken area of many square metres. Wallpaper forgives more than flooring does: underfoot, every duplicated feature and every seam between planks or roll widths is in plain sight.
The fix is a repeat that wraps perfectly in both directions and a layout that staggers it. Brick mode mirrors how planks are actually laid, offsetting each course so identical features never sit side by side.
Plank formats and roll goods
LVT and laminate planks slice one printed design into strips, so the design must continue across plank edges laid in offset courses. Sheet vinyl runs the other way: wide rolls where the two edges of the printed width must join seamlessly at installation. The same seamless PNG serves both, with spacing tuned to the plank or roll dimensions.
Registration-safe production files
Flooring is printed on hard-wearing layers where reprints are expensive, so files must be right the first time: production resolution, up to 300 DPI, delivered as high-resolution PNG with the repeat already registered in both directions.

FAQ
Does it work for plank formats?
Yes. Set the repeat mode and spacing to match plank dimensions.
What about print resolution?
300 DPI output is available on any subscription plan.
How do I avoid the same knot appearing twice in a room?
Use brick or half-drop mode so repeated features fall in different positions on each course of planks.
Can I start from a photo of a real floor or stone?
Yes. Upload the photo, keep creativity low, and the surface is rebuilt as a clean seamless repeat close to the original.
How many designs can I explore?
3 watermarked trial generations to start; the Studio plan adds a monthly quota sized for collection development, and Unlimited adds a daily fair-use allowance instead.
Does sheet vinyl need a different file than planks?
No. The same seamless PNG serves both; set the spacing to match the roll width or plank size during generation.
